Refund policy

At OG Kicks, we’re committed to offering authentic footwear and streetwear at a fair price. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process straightforward.

Online Purchases

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with all labels attached, and footwear must be returned in the original box, securely packaged. Please complete the return form and include it with your item. 

UK returns are processed through our Royal Mail Portal. A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free of charge when requested on the return form.

 

CHRISTMAS SEASON UPDATE

We're extending our 14 day return policy to 30 days for items purchased online between 15 November and 31st December 2025.

 

Important: We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn. We also do not offer refunds or partial credits if an item you have purchased is later reduced in price or goes on sale.

In-store Purchases

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days. The original receipt is required. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all labels attached. Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
