Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

We ship all items using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Signed to ensure safe delivery.
While most orders arrive within one working day of dispatch, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Orders are also subject to stock location.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. 

For high-value orders, we may require additional verification before dispatch.

International shipping is available to selected countries. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
