REQUEST A RETURN

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item purchased on our website.

To start your return, please complete the return slip included in your box or download one here, and securely package your item with the completed form included.

You can generate a QR code or a label to print at home through our Royal Mail portal:

Drop off your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail depot, or arrange collection directly with Royal Mail (please note Royal Mail may charge extra for collection).

We can provide a Royal Mail return label, and £5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. If you prefer to exchange your item, we will cover all shipping costs for the exchange.
